To assist adult men and women who are victims of abuse, addiction, economically disadvantaged and those in danger of or facing homelessness. Our organization focuses on helping recovering addicts, domestic violence victims, prostitutes, those affected by HIV & AIDS, gang affiliated members and those seeking to return to productive behavior. We focus on effective  outreach, which includes assisting in their communities and forming relationships with them. We "Encourage Hearts One Beat at a Time" by
